Shelby Youth Sports, or SYS, is a non-profit community based youth sports athletic association comprised of several member areas located across the Mid-South area. We currently provide three sports through these areas: CHEERLEADING, TRACK & FIELD, and FOOTBALL.

SYS is different than most other organizations in that we are governed by a board of directors comprised of representatives of each participating area and an executive board. The area representatives set rules, policies and guidelines for the sports and management of the association.The executive board is responsible for the administration of these rules, as well as the day-to-day operations of SYS. We think this creates a great organization; one that is reactive to the changing needs of our most important component... THE YOUTH PARTICIPANTS!
